I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with SendFox, specifically regarding two major issues that are significantly impacting my experience.
1. Non-existent customer support The customer support is simply unacceptable. Tickets and requests go completely unanswered. This is not a minor inconvenience, it is a fundamental failure of the service. When users encounter problems, they have no way to get help, and the silence from the support team is frankly embarrassing for a paid platform.
2. The "grey zone" for unsubscribed users. There is a serious and unresolved bug affecting users who unsubscribe from a list and then wish to re-subscribe. Once a contact has unsubscribed, their email address enters a kind of limbo within SendFox: the system keeps the record but prevents the user from re-subscribing. Even when the re-activation email is manually triggered, it is simply never sent. The user is stuck... they cannot rejoin, and there is no workaround available on the platform. This is a critical flaw that results in permanent data loss and directly harms list growth.
