I am writing to submit a feature request regarding the platform's privacy and tracking capabilities.
In light of increasingly strict European privacy regulations (GDPR and recent data protection authority guidelines) as well as global privacy developments (such as Apple's Mail Privacy Protection and Global Privacy Control), standard newsletter consent is no longer sufficient to cover individual user behavior tracking via tracking pixels (open tracking).
To ensure full legal compliance, it would be extremely valuable to introduce functionality that allows users to:
1. Request specific and granular consent (opt-in) for open and click tracking via pixels.
2. Allow subscribers to receive emails even if they decline tracking, by sending them a version without the tracking pixel.
Implementing this feature would position SendFox as a forward-thinking platform regarding data privacy and would significantly help us stay compliant with our email marketing campaigns.
